Do I have to pay sales tax?
Because we are a licensed business in the state of Georgia, we do collect sales tax for those who live in our state.
What is your return policy?
If you are local, we will be happy to let you “inspect” items prior to purchase. All sales are final, Haute Revival does not accept returns.
Purchase
Credit cards are accepted through the Haute Revival website. If you live in Columbus, you may pay cash upon delivery. Just select this option when purchasing.
Delivery
Live in Columbus? I will happily bring you your purchase at an agreed upon time and place at no cost!
Live in Atlanta? If my calendar allows, I may be able to meet you in Atlanta with your purchase at no cost. Otherwise, I will ship to you with appropriate insurance and tracking information. Buyer agrees to pay shipping fees.
Live Elsewhere? I will ship to you with appropriate insurance and tracking information. Buyer agrees to pay shipping fees.
What items can I sell?
At this time, Haute Revival is focusing on Ladies accessories and vintage items, children’s boutique and high-end clothing, and home accessories (ex. Silver, …- see accept. Consign. Brands list for more..). Clothing items must be in very good to excellent condition, and handbags and vintage must be in saleable condition (ex. leather may have darkened from contact with oils in human skin). Please see Acceptable Consignment Brands list for more details on items we accept for consignment.
